Feel Like Giving Something Away…

by Amber Magnolia Hill on August 16, 2010

This dress, to be exact.

It’s lovely as can be, but just a little too sparkingly white for this park going, kitchen bound, always on the run mama.

It is not vintage, the label is Necessary Objects. It is a size Medium. The shoulder width laying flat (so double all these measurements) is 14″, bust is 18″, waist is 17″, and the length is 34″.

Leave me a comment here telling me what you’re favorite item in the shop is right now. I will randomly choose a winner on Friday. *And* if you ever do end up deciding to purchase the item you chose as your favorite, you can have 25% off of it. Just send me a conversation on Etsy right before making the purchase reminding me of your comment and I will reduce the price, or I can refund the money after purchase.

Good Luck!!!

Oh how fun! and perfect for summer. Your shop is filled with such lovely things, but that 1950s lace dress (with the green ribbon belt) is beyond lovely! I am really into the 50s/earl 60s look at the moment :) that dress is just perfect! And this little white dress is so adorable as well!~

The Hawaiian Dirndl of course! I think when you live in a dull, smog-filled city it is important to brighten up the places and people around you by injecting a bit of colour and magic into your wardrobe. I have never lost my child-like desire to dress up and I think that although I could never directly encourage someone to dress as liberally as I do, one person out there might be daring enough to try dressing up like a maiden! :)

Yay! Little white dresses are definitely a weakness of mine and this one is super duper cute! As for my fave item in the shop, well, that 50′s style lace and velvet party dress is absolutely stunning though I would definitely run into problems trying to fill out the top half, nevertheless, it’s so unique and lovely… *sigh*

p.s. Glad to hear your trip was a fruitful one! :)

I love so many things in your shop. As soon as I can afford to I must totally buy from you! I think my favorite might be the Indian Princess Cream Eyelet dress! It’s so sweet and feminine, and the slits on the sides add just the right amount of sexiness. If I wore it, I could be a woodland bombshell.
