Oh man, Clover would be going bonkers over those princess mini ears. It looks like you all had so much fun! Mycie is such a cute little sassypants and she’s looking like a full blown little girl now, adorable, and I love how she looks so at home in Toontown, like one of the characters :D

Ah, I’m sure one day we’ll make the treck down there too, fun to see what’s in store!

Oh my gosh! What a lovely post. It looks like you guys had the best time, and you look adorable in your Minnie-outfit.

I know it’s tempting to think that you need to shield your child from certain things, like consumerist princess madness, but I think having a well-rounded childhood produces balanced individuals. Myself I was denied Barbies, candy and all kinds of other capitalist nonsense, and for years into adulthood was very tempted by the ordinary society. Obviously I’ve turned around since then, but I think it would have been a lot quicker if my mother hadn’t been so strict.

okay, so you know i love pretty much everything about this post. it’s about disneyland, so of course i do!!
a few things i must point out: i’m EXTREMELY jealous of your boho minnie outfit. i LOVE it and i want that sweater and boots! okay, i said it. moving on…i love the little bow in mycie’s hair and the classic facial expressions she has (yes, waiting in line does suck). i so wish that next time you make it down we can have our passes again. i’d love to do the whirlwind of the happiest place on earth with you gals!!
oh, and one more jealous note: yosemite. that’s our favorite place (rick and i). i’ve been itching to go for awhile now. actually, i’ve just been itching to get out of suburbia and to a place where the rocks, trees, rivers run wild…
